Creating promo codes
Make a code for a percent off, an amount off, or a free ticket. It can work on one event or all your events.
Quick steps
- Promo codes → New code
- Choose the type and discount
- Set max uses and which event
- Share the code with buyers
Open Promo codes in the sidebar and fill in:
- Code: what buyers type at checkout.
- Type: % off, Amount off (in USD or KHR), or Free ticket (the most expensive ticket, once per order).
- Max uses: leave blank for no limit.
- Applies to: one event, or All events.
Buyers type it in Discount code on the details step.
Tap Pause to stop a code, and Resume to turn it back on. A code ends by itself when it reaches its max uses.
