Taking registrations on another site

Using Google Forms or another ticket site? Turn off Collect registrations and add up to 3 links. Your page shows them instead of tickets.

Quick steps

  1. Create event → Basics: turn off Collect registrations
  2. Tap Add a registration link
  3. Add a button label and an https:// link
  4. Save
  1. In Create event (or Edit), on Basics, turn off Collect registrations.
  2. Tap Add a registration link. Add a Button label (or leave it as Register) and the full Link, starting with https://.
  3. Add up to 3 links. The first one is the main button. Save.

Your event page shows the buttons where tickets would be. They show once the event has a date, and hide after the last date ends.

KHEvents can’t see sign-ups on another site. Those people don’t get a KHEvents ticket and can’t be scanned.

Links must be normal web addresses. Links with an IP address, localhost, a password or spaces are refused.

To sell on KHEvents again, go to the event’s Settings and turn on Registration open. Your links are kept, just hidden.
