Claiming an event KHEvents listed for you

If KHEvents listed your event, the owner of your organizer can ask for it. After review, it moves to you with all its tickets and sales.

Quick steps

  1. Create your organizer (owner only can claim)
  2. Ownership claims → find your event
  3. Explain how you are connected, add a public link
  4. Tap Send ownership request

Some events say Listed by Khevents. We post them so people can find them. If it’s yours, you can claim it. Tickets, sales and settings move with it.

Send a claim

  1. You need a verified email and your own organizer. Only the owner can claim.
  2. Open Ownership claims in the sidebar, or tap Request ownership on the event page.
  3. Search for the event and select it.
  4. In How are you connected?, explain your role (at least 20 characters). Add a public link, like your website or a post about the event. It speeds things up.
  5. Tap Send ownership request.

After you send it

The event page shows Request under review. We email you when it’s decided. If approved, the event moves to your organizer straight away. If not, the note says why, and you can try again with better proof.

You can send up to 5 claims a day. To cancel one sent by mistake, email support@khevents.app.
