What does my order status mean?
Your order page shows where your order is: waiting for payment, receipt under review, confirmed, or closed.
Quick steps
- Awaiting payment: pay and send the receipt
- Receipt under review: wait, don’t pay again
- Confirmed: your ticket is ready
Awaiting payment. You haven’t sent a receipt yet, or it was not accepted. Tap Complete payment.
Receipt under review. We have your receipt. The organizer is checking it. Your seats are held. Don’t pay again.
Awaiting approval. The organizer approves every booking for this event. Your QR code appears once they approve it.
Confirmed. You’re in. Show the QR code at the door.
Expired. Time to pay ran out, and the seats went back on sale. Don’t send money for this order.
Cancelled or Refunded. The tickets no longer work.
