Can I buy tickets without an account?
Most events let you check out with just your name and email. Use Find my tickets to get back to them, or add them to an account later.
Check out with just an email
Most events let you register without signing in. Enter your name and email on the checkout form and your tickets are sent there. A few organizers require an account to register for their event — if so, checkout tells you to sign in first.
Confirming your email
Some organizers also ask guests to confirm their email before paying. If you see an Email code field, select Send code, then enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. It expires in 10 minutes, and you can select Resend code if it doesn’t arrive in time.
Finding your tickets later
Choose Find my tickets at the top or bottom of any page, enter the email you used at checkout and select Email my ticket link. We email a link that opens all the tickets held under that email — select Open my tickets to view them. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes; requesting a new one cancels the old one.
Adding guest tickets to an account
Sign up (or sign in, if you already have an account) using the same email you checked out with, and verify it. Once it’s verified, any tickets bought as a guest under that email are added to your account automatically — you’ll see them under My Tickets.
