Selling with your team

Let sellers sell by Telegram link and at the counter. Turn on staff sales, open tickets to sellers, add sellers as Cashier, then share links.

Step by step, in pictures

  1. Step 1: Turn on box office. “Open settings” → Registration → turn on “Staff ticket sales” → Save. Done when: Your team can sell at the counter and by Telegram link.
  2. Step 2: Open tickets to sellers. “Check dates” → for seats, turn on the Box office channel in every zone. Done when: Shows “5 of 5 dates ready”. A problem date shows in red with the reason.
  3. Step 3: Add your sellers. “Open team” → invite with the Cashier role. “Can review payments” only for people you trust. Done when: Shows “4 cashiers on the team”.
  4. Step 4: Approve seller KHQR. “Open banking” → scan the code → check payee name and currency → turn it on. Done when: “None waiting”. Without one, money goes to the organizer and still counts for the seller.
  5. Step 5: Share selling links. “Open Telegram links” → copy your link to Telegram. “Open the till” → print the counter QR poster. Done when: A tick once any seller link or counter poster exists.
  6. Tip: Practice first. Rehearse in test organizer makes a hidden copy. Do one sale from start to finish there. Never pay a test order with real money.

Do this after your event is on sale. Open the event: the Setup guide has a Sell with your team track with these steps.

  1. Turn on box office. Tap Open settings, then under Registration turn on Staff ticket sales and save. If it says unavailable, email support@khevents.app.
  2. Open tickets to sellers. Tap Check dates. For seated halls, turn on the Box office channel in every zone. A date with a problem shows in red with the reason.
  3. Add your sellers. Tap Open team and invite each seller with the Cashier role. See team roles.
  4. Seller KHQR (optional). A seller can send their own KHQR. The owner checks the name and turns it on. Without one, Telegram buyers pay the organizer’s account, and the sale still counts for the seller.
  5. Share selling links. Tap Open Telegram links to copy a share link. For the counter, tap Open the till and print the QR poster (A4 or A5).

Practice first

Tap Rehearse in test organizer. Sell one ticket from start to finish in the hidden copy. Never pay a test order with real money.
