What does my order status mean?
Orders shows every purchase as Paid, Pending or Refunded. Open an order while it’s Pending to see exactly what it’s waiting on.
Paid
Your order is settled and your tickets are ready to show at the door. Free registrations that don’t need organizer approval are marked Paid as soon as you register, since nothing was owed.
Pending
Pending covers a few different situations. Open the order to see which one applies:
Awaiting payment — the transfer hasn’t been submitted yet, or a submitted screenshot was rejected and you’re inside the window to correct it. Select Complete payment to go to the bank details.
Under review — your screenshot has been uploaded and is waiting on a reviewer.
Awaiting approval — the organizer reviews every registration for this event before it’s confirmed. Your QR code appears once they approve it.
Refunded
The organizer has refunded your order. The tickets on it are cancelled and can no longer be used to get in.
Cancelled tickets
If a ticket on your order is cancelled — because you or the organizer cancelled the registration — it shows that on My Tickets and stops working at the door.
