When can I get a refund?
If an event is cancelled, the organizer refunds you in full without you asking. Otherwise the organizer’s rules apply. Here is how to ask and check.
If an event is cancelled
If the organizer cancels, every ticket is refunded in full, including any fee you paid, without you needing to ask. It goes back to the account that paid. If it hasn’t arrived after a few days, contact the organizer, or email hello@khevents.app.
If the date, venue or lineup changes a lot
Your ticket stays valid for the new plans. You can also ask the organizer for a full refund within 14 days of the change being announced, whatever their usual refund policy says.
Otherwise, ask the organizer
Each organizer sets their own refund rules for change of mind, shown on the event page before you pay. Contact the organizer shown on the event page, and include the event name and the email on your order so they can find it.
What isn’t refunded
A ticket that has already been scanned for entry, a no-show, or a late arrival turned away under the venue’s door policy isn’t refundable. Neither is a ticket bought outside KHEvents. Free registrations have nothing to refund — let the organizer know if you can’t make it so they can release your place.
How to tell it has been refunded
Once a refund is issued, it shows as Refunded under Orders in your account. The tickets in that order are cancelled and can no longer be used to get in.
Organizer hasn’t responded?
Organizers have 5 business days to respond to a refund request. If yours hasn’t, email hello@khevents.app with the event name and the email on your order, and we will review the request.
