How do I cancel?
Not paid yet? Cancel the order on the payment page. Free booking? Cancel it on your ticket page. Paid? Ask the organizer.
Quick steps
- Not paid yet: tap Cancel this order
- Free booking: tap Cancel registration
- Already paid: contact the organizer
Before you pay
Picked the wrong seats or changed your mind? On the payment page, tap Cancel this order, then Yes, cancel the order. Only do this if you haven’t sent any money. The seats go back on sale.
Free bookings
Open your ticket page and tap Cancel registration, then Yes, cancel. All tickets on it stop working. You can’t cancel after the event starts, or after a ticket was scanned or transferred.
Paid orders
You can’t cancel a paid order yourself, because it needs a refund. Contact the organizer or seller. See When can I get a refund?
