How do I cancel my registration?
Free registrations can be cancelled from your order before the event starts. Paid orders need the organizer, for a refund.
Cancel it yourself
Open the order link from your confirmation email and select Cancel registration, then confirm with Yes, cancel. Every ticket on the order stops working right away. This only works before the event starts, and only if none of the tickets have already been checked in or transferred to someone else.
Paid orders need the organizer
If you paid for the order, you can’t cancel it yourself — the page tells you to contact the organizer instead, since cancelling a paid order means a refund. See refund policy for how that works.
If you change your mind
You can register again afterwards while places are still available.
What happens next
Cancelling frees up your spot. If the event has a waitlist, the next person on it is notified automatically.
