Refunding an order
Send the money back from your bank first. Then open the order and tap Refund to record it. This cancels the tickets.
Quick steps
- Send the money back from your bank
- Orders → open the order
- Tap Refund and say how you sent it
- The order shows Refunded and its tickets stop working
Payments go to your own bank, so KHEvents can’t send money back for you. Owners and Managers can refund.
- Send the money back to the buyer from your bank.
- Open the order in Orders and tap Refund.
- Choose how you sent it (Bank transfer, Cash or Other). Add the transfer reference so the buyer can find it.
- Confirm. The order shows Refunded and all its tickets stop working.
You can only refund the whole order, not part of it.
Free orders have nothing to refund. Cancel them from the event’s Attendees tab.
