Adding a bank account

Add the accounts buyers pay into, each with its own currency and QR code. A paid event needs one in a matching currency to publish.

Add an account

Open Bank accounts in the organizer console and select Add account. Fill in:

Label — what buyers see as the heading, for example ABA — main account.

Bank — the bank name.

Account name — exactly as it appears on your account.

Account number — exactly as it appears on your account.

Currency — USD or KHR.

Bank QR image — optional. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5MB.

Notes for the buyer — optional, anything they should include in the transfer.

Turn on Show to buyers to offer the account at checkout; leave it off to keep the details on file without using them yet. Add as many accounts as you need, in any mix of currencies — buyers see every active one for the event’s currency.

Match the event’s currency

To publish a paid event, you need at least one active bank account in the same currency as its ticket prices. Free events skip this — they don’t need a bank account at all. If you deactivate or remove the last active account in a currency, any published paid event still using that currency needs a replacement first.

What buyers see

Buyers see your account details and QR exactly as entered, so double-check the account number before saving. They transfer the money themselves and upload proof, which your team reviews — see Reviewing payment proofs.
