Screenshot the QR before you go

Venues often have weak mobile signal inside. Open your ticket while you are still connected and take a screenshot of the QR code, or use Print / Save PDF on the ticket page to keep a copy.

A transfer replaces the code

When a ticket is transferred, the new holder gets a fresh QR code and the old one stops working, screenshots included. If someone sends you a ticket, take your screenshot after you accept it.

One entry per ticket

Each QR code checks in one person, once. If the same code is scanned again, door staff see that it was already checked in and when. Everyone in your group needs their own ticket.
