How do I delete my account?

Where to delete it

Open Settings → Profile and select Delete account. Enter your password to confirm — this cannot be undone.

If you organize events

If you’re the only owner of an organizer, you’ll be asked to transfer ownership or delete that organizer first. Once someone else also holds the owner role, you can delete your own account without affecting the organizer or its events.

What happens to your orders and tickets

Your account and its sign-in details are removed straight away. Past orders and payment records are kept for our accounting, but are no longer tied to an account once yours is gone.
